To far too fall

The crimson sky reaches out into the darkness
its fiery claws of red fading into the light
twinkling stars fade softly in sequence
and hope in man this day… more bright.
For not yet has man woken from slumber
still he is resting from yesterdays kill…
but soon he will rise to continue his feeding
by raping and plundering this world at his will.
Hope must be born in every new sunrise
of pathways less walked on left open for all
a light must remain for all those that seek guidance
darkness is always... to far too fall.
