 Penniluck's legacy

Roving Temptation

I take my house upon my back
Every day a different track
All the things I leave behind
Breathing still within my mind
Up the hill around the bend
Pastures new are there my friend
When I reach them I will stay
A year, a month, perhaps a day

Gypsy blood runs through my soul
Moving on just keeps me whole
Each day living life anew
Mother nature nurtures you.
Traveling far across the land
Would you like to take my hand?
My sweet and gentle stay at home
Come with me and we will roam

Our roof shall be the open sky
We shall watch as birds fly by
Trees shall wrap us in their arms
Sheltering us in leafy charms
Meandering by each rippling brook
Peeking in each tiny nook
My wedding gift to you shall be
Everything your eyes can see.

See the deer, Majestic - Still
Standing proud upon the hill
He belongs to you and me
Take my hand, I`ll set you free
