 Questions Within
What is the solution to my personal dilemma;
Where will the answer come from, and when.
Stretching out my hand to grasp the prize;
But there is nothing but air where I reach.
I continue to seek the peace within my soul;
Yet torment and separation tear me away.
Only small shards of the puzzle are together
In this giant jigsaw; I ask the questions within.
Looking for one more puzzle piece to assemble;
One step closer to the completion of my soul.
Turning over many stones, searching diligently;
Until I find the next piece of my soul's solution.
I sit and contemplate within the confines of myself;
Wondering about the why's of my automatic actions.
One of these lives, this puzzle will be completed;
But until that moment, I must ask the questions within.
