Mature Faith
We have wisdom if we know,
Our Lord God as we grow;
Not of wisdom of this earth,
Rather through our rebirth.
Not of rulers of this world,
While their plans are unfurled;
As they come up with nothing,
Since campaigns were just bluffing.
We have a secret wisdom,
From the Lord and His Kingdom;
Kept in store before this place,
Ever saw the human race.
If known the gain from the loss,
Christ would not hang from the cross;
And life after death a dream,
As Satan would reign supreme.
But within the Holy Word,
Of the things not seen or heard;
Nor into the heart of man,
Was the love shown from His plan.
But God gives revelation,
That gives us jubilation;
Mature faith through His Spirit,
With wisdom we inherit.
