A Silly Love Rhyme




Stand upon the table
Sink down to your knees
Hold me tightly tight
In this summer's breeze

Sing me silly songs
Tell me stupid things
Dance around the garden
Angel without wings

Where do you come from
Why do you stay
When I can only love you
In my own clumsy way

Are you here for ever
Or if I close my eyes
Will you be gone
Like soft wispery sighs

Cling to me only
This seems so very right
Take me to paradise
Stay with me this night

Tomorrow come tomorrow
Will I see your head
Still there on the pillow
Of my big lonely bed

Stand upon the table
Sink down to your knees
Let me  hold you tightly tight
In this summer's breeze
