 Phobias

From beyond the realm of reason comes a fear so great,
Terrorizing it's victims with paralyzing fear, isolation,  and hate.
Psychologists reach deep into their bag of tricks for a solution,
But running very deep within the very soul is this dark pollution.

Phobias come in all shapes, some are given breath by reason;
While others spring up suddenly, and only last for a season.
Some phobias have no real logical foundation on which to stand;
As they shift from day to day, windblown,  like the drifting sand.

In the quiet times, the phobias can sometimes begin to be understood;
Vision is enhanced to see through the veil of mystery as I should.
So enter into meditation, my friend, and seek out the real answer.
If not, the phobias will steal from you throughout your life like a cancer.
