Father
I come to YOU unworthy in myself
with nothing found in me BUT JESUS
O how beautiful HIS CLEANSING BLOOD
pour on my sinful flesh
as I drink of HIS forgiveness
I turn quickly to my friend now
to her needs also, we are fighting for souls
her for Billy and Tim
mine for Mrs T. and my co-workers
Father some of the souls we are fighting for
are attacking and mocking us
O how foolish and fast we forget
they hurled insults at YOUR SON
we would have to
had we been there
they spit at HIM and HE entrusted HIMSELF
to YOU who judge justly
may we do the same
help Sandy and myself today
to stay in YOU
under the shadow of YOUR WINGS
may we see Jesus forgiving us
as we forgive our offenders
Lord save them all
and help us to die to us today!
