"THE CHANGE"
I know it's hard for women,
When they reach a certain age;
But when they get really weird
They say it's because of “THE CHANGE”;
Yes, I know it must be tiresome;
And men don't understand,
But if the shoe was on the other foot,
A divorce lawyer would be their guiding hand;
Some times you walk on egg shells
Just trying to keep the peace,
But constant negative vibes
Are rapidly, on the increase;
We have even been to see the doctor!
Who gives you that knowing look;
Prescribes hormone replacements,
And smiles and says “good luck”
Its so hard to read the signs
It maybe all just a scam;
Me thinks she has CHANGED ,
Me For a younger man.
