To all of our soldiers now on the battlefield
I pray God's hand will cause the enemy to yield
There's prayer warriors standing in the gap for you
We give thanks for your sacrifice and all you do
Many have given the ultimate cost with their life
I pray it will never be in vain of this most high price
May the almighty hand of God watch over and guide
May there be many more to live and that will survive
I pray nobody takes for granted this service to all
For it was for our freedom many soldiers did fall
Leaving behind many loved ones to pick up the pieces
Lives changed forever as the news of their loved one's decease
Lift up your voice to God in prayer all nations
For all the soldiers that battle for freedom's foundation
For as it is written there's time for peace and war
And it is our brave soldiers we should all pray for
No greater love than that of another laying down his life
First was our Jesus and now other brothers and sisters strive
To give us freedom from an enemy that is in distant lands
A gift of security that should be appreciated by all man
We thank-you again our brave soldiers past and present
For your service to this country nobody should take for granted
May God bless you always and your brave families
For it was for your sacrifice that our nation has liberty
