The fruit or not to be
I must answer, act I see
Temptation ripe and full
Coloured, subtle cool.
To taste or not to be,
I hear it's not for me,
Heavenly reasoning I pray
Will save my soul today
To reach, or not to hold,
I'm rendered numb and cold
Emotion tackles it's toll
I long to remain whole
The fruit or not to be
I must not, this much I see
The consequences ever remain,
In evil there's nothing to gain.
