SONGBIRDS SINGING

SONGBIRDS SINGING

I heard the song of a mocking bird
High in the tree branches he perched

Sweetest notes of love
Like a melody from above

If one single bird high in a tree
can stir my heart with love for Christ and His creation

What would a tree full of birds sound like
What a choir they would be

What would we sound like if we sang the sweet
notes of His redemption
Love would fill the air with His song from heaven above

Are not two sparrows sold for a penny?
Yet not one of them will fall to the ground
apart from the will of your Father.
And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

Matthew 10: 29-30 [NIV]
