Let the righteous Rejoice

Let the Righteous Rejoice
Though each perfect storm,  and the darkest of days
As the winds howl and the trees sway
When the tongues of vipers falsely accuse
And the soldiers of death sharpen their tools
If the money is low and the banks say no
And home is gone and there is no place to go
Let the righteous rejoice
When every meal  could be the last meal
And  every break leads to another hill
Although the power of medicine seems powerless
And the truly innocent is forced to confess
When the chips are stacked on the wrong side
And all so-called friends just run and hide
Let the righteous rejoice
Let the righteous rejoice in the Lord
And take refuge in him
All should sing on one accord
Your victory in there within
Those battles are not yours if you believe
He will fight just to show what He can achieve
Give glory, give honor, and through all give praise
By your faith you will see more heavenly days
Ours is not to question, nor to wonder why
Ours is to conquer then testify
Let the righteous rejoice
If not for the storms that you're going through
Rejoice for the work He is doing in you
