A Testament to youth.
A testament to youth,
Shines through in summertime,
There will always be a summer
That you will lock up in your mind;
You will have many "Firsts"
During your time, young and bold.
That you keep, and hold dear
To remember when your old.
Be it eyes that meet ;
Across a crowded place
maybe the touch of a hand,
Or a passionate embrace……….
A holiday abroad,
Staying out all night long;
Holding someone close,
listening to your favorite song………….
But the testament to youth
Will stay with you forever,
Those long summer days
For all of us to treasure…………..
