La Reina Libre
Endure you would, survive you did
A bad marriage with your two kids
Strength to start you've found in one
Who makes you feel you are someone
Suffer you would through arguments
Seemed endless your heart laments
What love would come and do to you
You and children would go through
You walked softly until you saw
What you lived and upon draw
God who gave you eyes to see
This love once had was not for thee
Sleepless nights, you'd toss and turn
In bed at home you slowly burned
Anger yours with broken heart
Would soon too end where you would start
A brand new day, a change for good
A better life for you withstood
What no one should have to do
Live with one, unhappy too
Your sense of need would be your drive
Some other fool can live with lies
But not you and so you crawled
From Hell and back you'd now re-haul
A brand new you now smiles with glee
As one would come you would call he
He who fills the need of one
La Reina Libre, now his someone
God bless you and yours...
