Stormy Weather

Looking outside it's such a cold and blustery day
The fierce wind is picking up fast,

People are scrambling for shelter from the storm
Huddled up together rubbing their hands to keep warm,

Umbrellas are raised high and flicking inside out
Parents calling their children
With loud voices they shout,

There goes a man chasing after his hat
I guess he would rather brave the storm
Then do without that,

It is so cold and dark outside
It's just begun to rain,

Everybody everywhere are frantically rushing around,

Loud claps of thunder burst from the sky
How lucky am I to be safe and warm inside,
