How to be a Good Minister
Avoid the foolish things,
That the temptation brings;
Only filth and unclean,
Is filling in between.
Be trained in the Spirit,
Put forth all good merit;
And well versed in the Text,
Preparing for the next.
For your life will not end,
If Jesus is your friend;
In His Word you abide,
Letting it be your guide.
But do not keep within,
And letting others sin;
Teach them as you are taught,
What to do and what not.
Show others the right way,
So they not go astray;
As well as to forgive,
And can peacefully live.
You preach for Jesus Christ,
No longer be enticed;
For the things of this earth,
But others give rebirth.
