Petals In The Grass
In My Bed
I don't blame the people who have fled
My darkest thoughts bring such dread
Lying naked in my bed
Visions of razor blades fill my head
Hanging on by just a thread
Dwelling on the life I have led
And all the goodbyes that were said
I've left a trail of crimson red
From countless times in which I bled
Now it's the shadows to which I'm wed
As I lay naked in my bed
My darkest thoughts bring such dread
Lying naked in my bed
Visions of razor blades fill my head
Hanging on by just a thread
Dwelling on the life I have led
And all the goodbyes that were said
I've left a trail of crimson red
From countless times in which I bled
Now it's the shadows to which I'm wed
As I lay naked in my bed
