Guidance onto the Lord
God has a strong base,
An unchanging sign;
That is through His grace,
Helps you walk the line.
Since the Lord knows,
Whose are His for sure;
Just who stays or goes,
Entering which door.
Let all with His name,
Be turned from evil;
Repenting the shame,
Brought by the devil.
If a man is clean,
He will be holy;
No more with a lien,
But meek and lowly.
Still if desires,
Of the flesh are strong;
Then lustful fires,
Will only prolong.
For faith love and peace,
Through prayer to the Lord;
Help fires to cease,
If in one accord.
