Find Comfort in Christ
If there is no comfort in Christ,
Then why would He be sacrificed;
No help be given by His love,
Nor any mercy from above.
No prolonged life to inherit,
Eternally through the Spirit;
And would be causing Him to thwart,
Any uniting of the heart.
No grace or expressing pity,
Pertaining to iniquity;
Because of envy and pride,
That is cluttered up deep inside.
And not being of the same mind,
Because you will not be aligned;
In harmony of one accord,
Along with the Almighty Lord.
Allow His mind be within you,
For seeing what Christ has gone through;
Keep in mind the things of others,
Treating as sisters and brothers.
God put Him in the highest place,
To watch over and give you grace;
As each tongue confess and knee bow,
For an inheritance to endow.
