Take Back Control.We go through life on a breeze, and we never know what's ahead, Our head is full of thoughts..of things we've done and said. We have pictures in the mind, of what we want from life, We think it'll be a bed of roses and never think of struggle and strife. But life is never what we expect, and nothing is as it should be, Our personal trials are individual, we are not the same, you and me. Now, sometimes we waver a little, and do things that we shouldn't do, We take all the flak for others, and accept what they put us through. But life is never as easy, as we would want it to be, We have to wade through the bad before we can really see... See what's happening around us, and have the strength to go on, Fight on and never go under, and that's when we have won! Life's not a bed of roses, there's thorns hidden beneath... We have to accept the way things are, and we have to deal with our grief. In life we grieve for many things, some important and some not, But we have to have a perspective on life, and be thankful for what we've got. Life is what we make it, and sadly there's good and bad, We have to fight for what we want, for anything less is sad. So forward and onward and upward, is the only way to go, You have to shake of the negative, let the positive overflow. We do have the strength to change, and have the courage deep inside, We know what we want in life, and we have to let go of pride. Life is all about decisions, what we say and what we do, We make it as we please, and let the good shine through. We have control of our destiny, and we have to be really tough, When things are going badly, and life seem oh, so rough. We know what we must do, and yes, we shall prevail, To strive forward and never back, as through life we sail. We each have our own choice, and we have to be quite strong, To walk away from situations, that deep down we know are wrong. Life is always ahead, you know, and we should never look behind, Shake off your blues, its for you to choose, and happiness you will find. Never be afraid to walk away, from pain and sadness and strife, For anything but the best is wrong, we only have one life. Life is what we make it, this is very true... Make your life the way you want, for anything less wont do! Never carry anyone's guilt, and always stay in control, Its your life, your choice...aim high, and reach your goal. Walk away from torment, and hold your head up high... Make that stand, you know you should, you can do it if you really try. You have to take back what's yours, and that stand, you have to make, Its do or die, and that is why, you do it for your own sake. You have great worth, if I'm so bold, and you have a life ahead, Shake off the blues, its for you to choose, for we are a long time dead. What I'm trying to say is...we have to live our life, The way we know we should, for there's too much torment and strife. Take back control, never look back, and hold your head proud and high, Fight for what you want to do, and never question why! You certainly have self worth, go onward, be strong and true, Make your stand, and don't give in, its the least that you can do!
