SNAKES........
SNAKES…………..
They hiss to me in my minds eye,
They disturb when the day breaks,
They whisper strange tales of paradise,
My imagination calls them snakes.
No they are not gremlin like ,
Nor are they cute to touch;
I just wish they would leave me alone,
For it is getting all to much;
Someone made a comment about me,
Said I should “think” happier thoughts;
I do when the snakes are sleeping,
I write when I am out of sorts………….
