romance!!!!!!!!
I am an hopeless romantic………
Albeit kind of strange,
Done the hunter gathering jobs,
that's all my scope and range…..
As I have got much older
My heart don't seem to function,
Defected in so many ways
I lost the use of my truncheon;
There was a time when I would take the kids
To the country and draw and paint,
Picking wild daises, and hedge row plants,
To surround her dinner plate;
Blackberries was her favorites,
Plastic bags we would fill right up;
Pies and yogurt, and cool ice shakes
We would eat slurp and sup;
All those years that I put in.
It seems my romance now I hide,
In its place are heavy thoughts
That make me ugly inside;
The heated words they flame,
But passion never beckons;
Romance has gone insane,
And she don't care, me recons……………..
I have to try another way;
maybe a day out to the Zoo?
or simply that it is 25 year baby,
and i still am romancing you.
