Invisible Man
Imagine if you could see
The soul that lurks inside of me
Would you like what you would view
Of secrets mine all felt for you
Where lies can't hide and innocence
Begin to tell whats so intense
A tale of one that loves you so
A ghost your eyes will never know
My heart like glass etched a tad
Of love we feel wishing it had
Courage to summon to say that I
Have dreams of you asleep we sigh
Stranger no more as you would know
Before your friends would tell you so
That though for years I let you go
Today a glimpse of us I'd show
Show the truth and of each time
My heart would skip but drew a line
To keep myself in check my dear
Foolish my thoughts just may appear
I watched you dance as soul mine dared
To watch in anguish with ring you bare
Lips yours soft kissing him so
Today it's late, too late I know
Soon to wed you will become
His wife my heart now wished it done
Show myself so you could see
Me, clearly in love with thee
