Covetousness Struggle
What causes a quarrel or fight,
Maybe it wets your appetite;
Of opinions that you construe,
Regarding in your point of view.
But more like selfish desires,
That control to light your fires;
In feeling as being blinded,
While thoughts are narrow minded.
It may have much to do with pride,
That you keep bottled up inside;
Which causes the cork to pop out,
Each time you are raising a doubt.
Maybe because you never pray,
Throughout Each and every day;
For those you merely wonder why,
You just never see eye to eye.
It is probably the wrong thought,
That your mind might likely had caught;
Thinking of personal pleasure,
Instead of God and His measure.
God dislikes a bad attitude,
When you are arrogant or rude;
But is pleased for an open mind,
Of one being humble and kind.
