Full Confession
Have mercy on me O Lord,
Let not the shame be ignored;
Take pity on me of sin,
That has corrupted within.
Pain and agony prolong,
For the things I have done wrong;
Let it all be washed away,
Of whence I had gone astray.
Cleanse me from the evil done,
That has barred me from Eden;
And put me on the right path,
That detours around Your wrath.
I know You truly despise,
Seeing evil with Your eyes;
But may my heart be made right,
Finding favor in Your sight.
I am just a lump of clay,
Mold me so I do not stray;
I relinquish all control,
Deep down inside of my soul.
So please teach me the wisdom,
That flows down from your Kingdom;
For the time is coming nigh,
When the judgment will deny.
