My Prayer
Oh my dear Lord, hear my prayer today;
As I open my heart, lean Your ear my way.
I'm standing before you with one petition;
For you are our God and Great Physician.
I bring to you the needs of my dear friend;
For we believe You can cause her to mend.
Healing in her attacked body is needed;
Here is my prayer, for grace I have pleaded.
Touch her with Your hand of love and peace;
I will continue to stand before You, I will not cease.
Like an immovable rock, I am before Your throne;
Others are here for her, also, I'm not alone.
God, we ask for your healing touch in Jesus name;
Knowing that that our prayers are not in vain.
You are the mighty Lord of Lords, King of Kings;
Here is my prayer, looking for healing on angel's wings.
