I stand in awe
at the wonders of YOUR HAND
while streams of loveliness
peek through
trees taller then i
the colors of their leaves
intertwined with the
rays of the sun
glitters of gold drenched
in crimson
stroked perfectly across
a canvas of azure....
For certain
my breathe is stolen
bewildered
by birds singing
in rhythm with
the water flowing from
fountains carved by
artisan hands
while chipmunk's scurry
and butterflies flurry
across the manicured lawn
seeking shelter...
As YOU announce
with a roar of thunder
the sky opens
to give drink
to the prettiest pristine roses
framed in box-woods
surrounded by
Calder swaying with the wind
Zuniga ladies chatting
while lilies play
ring around the Botero...
I'm overwhelmed that
human fingers
could touch - create
works of art
to behold
to enjoy
to delight mans spirit....
At this moment
all about me
renders me speechless
creating exultation
to spring forth
from my soul...
O my soul does take pleasure
basking in the BEAUTY
of YOUR LOVELINESS
trying to comprehend
that i am created
IN YOUR LIKENESS
Could it be
that mere man is
YOUR greatest
ART IN THE BEAUTY OF YOUR LOVELINESS???
