My Fairest Love

Hath not my heart I giveth you
Tis true of mind and soul
Faltered though my life might be
Speak not that I seem bold
Aged in time are sweet memories
Loves now and those of past
Mere thoughts of yesterdays gone by
Tomorrows come so fast
Ne'er my dreams of loving you
For shalt my plea be heard
That not the quill foresaketh me
To scribe my love in word
For cometh now the very day
Should that my love I scroll
Hath not my heart I giveth you
Tis true of mind and soul!
