Time is forever
yet is never here for long
Only if your clever
You'll treasure it before its gone

The shore~~~
Once More~~~
Before
you lay me down
in "sweet repose",
Midst hymns,
dim candlelight,
And "Plastic" face
morticians froze,
or cremated remains
to make some space
for those
yet to be born,
Kudos for the talents
I felt were so forlorn,
while~~~~all the while
I've long-since left
this mortal plane,
I'll be on
THE SHORE~~~~~
Once more~~~~~
That's where I shall remain.
So visit me~~~~
If you must~~~
But, please, try not to weep;
Each wave that rolls in
From my heart sends
All my love, it's yours to keep.
The shore~~~~
Once more~~~~
I'm longing for
Feel the warm sand
through my toes
To watch you play
And laugh away
Your worries and your woes.
So bear with me
This fantasy~~~~
and promise~~~
when I'm gone~~~~
You will go
To the shore
Once more~~~
Let my memory live on!
