The vessels made for one to fill
Are not of glass but of the will
Of He who made the very soul
Inside of you that GOD beholds
Not carved of wood though some will drift
In sea of sin for they don't lift
The Lord who held in hands your name
Before your birth, from whence you came
Plastic it's not yet some appear
Lifeless container that fails to hear
The reason made to help and steer
The vessels lost, some filled with fear
Containers are the vessels made
That walk this Earth for vessel prayed
To Father His to forgive please
Saving whats left yet still not seized
Inanimate objects GOD might as well
Have made mankind who likes to dwell
Away from Him, the road to hell
As time draws near in time will tell
Uncommon vessels are you and I
Who still have time before we die
To change our ways, to fill the void
In hearts many salvation avoid
Broken the life just like the pot
That holds nothing and never stops
Spilling things one puts inside
Just like the soul in one abides
Vessels uncommon yet common ground
To know of Him whose heart still pounds
Each day since you left mothers womb
Uncommon Vessel, saved by His wounds
