My precious Mama it's me again
Sending birthday wishes to you in heaven
Almost twenty one years now since you went away
Yet I could never forget your heavenly birthday
Although you're celebrating with Jesus
I still miss you being here with us
Your laughter was contagious with lots of whit
Your smile ,your touch , I miss every bit
Yet I know someday we'll celebrate again
As we reunite on the streets in heaven
I know you're still watching o'er your children
Seeing how God is using several of them
Myself being one that He has transformed
My online ministry touches many to date near 500 poems
I hope you're pleased with each one you read
For it all started out on just healing for me
As fate would have it God's plan I did find
To share the gospel with all mankind
Now even my poetry the Holy Spirit guides
Many with messages and warning of satan's lies
It's odd at times I don't know where He begins
But I know my gift of poetry comes from Him
For sometimes it flows quicker than I can pen
Before I forget let me wish you Happy Birthday again
My heart adopted Papa Ish is now up there with you
His birthday was the 17th so pass a wish on to him too
Both he and my heart adopted Mama Dori have blessed me
Jesus goes out of His way to see me happy
Over the years I've learnt nothing comes by chance
Although the world still speaks of coincidence
There's a purpose and plan God has orchestrated
An abundant life we can live when guided by His Spirit
Many life lessons you said I'd go through
Were truly words of wisdom His Spirit gave you
I want to thank-you Mama for your love is a cushion
Sent down from heaven for each of your children
For death can not sever a Mother's Love
It continues to pour out from heaven above
Thank-You Mama for all the sacrifices you made
Your words of wisdom I still cling to today
