Causes Pain and Worries
i write my words for all to read i bare my soul for all to feel i hold no punches i spare no false images all is the truth as i see some are frightened they become speechless this was not my intentions i do not seek to frighten or cause others pain or worries only understandings i only ask to be understood to know the world i live in is not perfect understanding my words my world helps me to survive another day of hope i cant live with lies i live for truths while others avoid or look down on i do not seek to frighten or cause others pain or worries only understanding my world is filled with fears and mental pain it is hard to conceive pain suffered within the mind is a terrible thing to have yet its there people cant see the mental pains so we are ignored and misunderstood i do not seek to frighten or cause others pain or worries only understanding mental pain is severe only harder to treat as there are many differnt kinds two are difficult for most to tolerate depression and bi polar i am bi polar its a chemical imbalance i live with i have to take medications to control it i do not seek to frighten or cause others pain or worries only understanding i lived a lie all my life ther was no one to understood about depression then i have only had it diagnosed recently i had always known something was wrong i cant function with lies i deal with the truth to survive with this illness i do not seek to frighten or cause others pain or worries only understanding please do not reject my words or my world depression for it affects us all everyone is susceptible to its power its destruction you can only control it i must be able to control my own destiny to win the balance for the life i live i do not seek to frighten or cause one pain or worries only understanding Vote for this poem
