Here in my place like a personal invader,
Presented as nice, but inside is a hater.
Deceived me by email, phone and in person,
Said she was a cat lover, yet would frequently curse them.
She is the master of 'victim' in every situation,
Be it relationships, work, home, family, whatever the occasion.
Simple issues blown all out of proportion,
Being a victim led to her distortion.
Rent was an issue, she didn't pay on time,
Three times I changed the date, a fourth change she cried.
Told me I was inflexible and to change the date of my bills,
If she stayed any longer I would surely pop pills.
I asked for a non-smoker,
When her belongings had moved in, she said she had a confession,
She smoked like a bin.
Mopping around, huffing and puffing,
Miserable and bent over, woken up by her coughing.
She never had friends and rarely went out,
She would tell me she wanted us both to hang out.
Soon the dark side came out as she would skulk about,
I caught her one day letting the cat out.
She hid the shower gel and my toothbrush was flat,
I knew it was time for her to get out of my flat.
This tenant invaded my 'calmer' you see,
Good riddance to all of your negativity.
I will regain my calmer with positivity,
and re-balance my life without you thankfully!!
