The night of the dance...

Abstract illusions sprinkled with stardust
colour and sound… all as one
moonbeams and rainbows dancing the tango
the night of the dance… soon begun!
Pixies and Angels first bow down their welcome
spreading stardust throughout the sky
singing a tune to captivate the heavens
while moonbeams and rainbows danced by.
Jupiter and Venus both came down to join in
while Saturn and Mars hummed the blues
the big dipper dipped then danced the fandango
while Uranus changed his dance shoes.
Neptune joined in playing the bagpipes
while Eros sang with his soul
Cupid sat smiling as love played a melody
now the night of the dance will unfold.
Then Angels and Pixies danced in the night sky
with the moonbeams and rainbows as one
the sky was ablaze with the wonders of living
now the night of the dance had begun!

My try at silliness...?
