 Zebra

Mum screamed,
And ran indoors,
My brother did a cartwheel and laughed,
Dad scratched his head,
And bit his pipe in half,
Little sister clapped her hands screaming,
Giraffe!
Giraffe!

Grandma called out,
What's all the noise about?
The neighbour looking over the fence said,
You'd better call the Zoo,
I'll have some of that for my roses,
But nobody really knew what to do,
The day we saw a Zebra,
Walking down the garden path.
