My life without you in it;
or dreaming life's dreams alone,
or pieces of my heart breaking bit by bit.

"I can't imagine"
being alone in the middle of the night;
without feeling your body against mine,
so tenderly holding me tight.
~~~
"I cant' imagine"
lying alone under a moonlight's eye;
or sailing alone into the harbor,
or waving a sad good-bye.

"I can't imagine"
our drifting miles apart;
trembling with long lasting emptiness,
or losing what we had from the start.
~~~
"I can't imagine"
a day without your laughter;
your smile that warms my heart,
your wondering eyes that I sought after.
~~~
"I cant' imagine"
our two hearts not beating as one;
our bodies never intertwining,
losing loves desires under the sun.
~~~
"I can't imagine"
making memories all alone;
losing touch with what we have,
and the passion we have shown.
~~~
"I can't imagine"
"Lonely" tearing at my hearts door;
losing sight of who I am,
picking up the pieces on some lonely shore.
