Beyond the Veil
Separating us from the reality that lies beyond the veil
Is this sheer layer of time and space.
Unable to see clearly, yet I know that this reality
Is not defined by the senses of my body.
In meditation today, reaching out from my seat;
Into that eternal moment that always exists.
Entering with the peace that passes understanding;
As my definition of reality is now challenged.
Movement within time, within space, within other realms;
Instantaneous presence in another place or another time.
Entering beyond the veil to meet you in this moment;
Suspended, without reference to when or where.
Simple faith brings me to this place where the veil exists,
As I believe that time is an illusion, space is unmeasured.
My soul travels during these spontaneous moments,
Creating the reality that exists beyond the veil.
