 If in Thought
What will cross your mind today
In mine I'd say its you each day
If just in thought is all we have
It made me smile and made us glad

Press we do sometimes backwards
To live what once was happily after
A thought of you does make these things
A choice for us if just something

Your face still launches a thousand ships
Inside our heart where soft are lips
We kissed and felt so right at home
Today again we'll kiss, in thought alone

Your scent still hangs upon our door
To heart that looks for you once more
If just in thought that's all it's brought
For us will do your scent it caught

Once upon a time you were
As still today it does occur
Often are you who holds the key
Of love once had inside of me

Today in thought I'll hold again
You we love once GOD would send
Into our life that holds it's breath
Till breathe no more unto our death

If in thought are you held dear
Almost if real with me quite clear
