Poetry and Prose
I started seeing a therapist four years ago to help me deal with an eating disorder that I had been struggling with for many years,
and a rape that I had kept a secret since I was eleven years old.
She suggested that I write,
and these poems are what have been pouring out.
I find that it is helping me to heal.
I'm married to a wonderful man, and have 4 beautiful sons. My 4 angels!
