I  AM  AN  OLD  SOUL

I am an oldest soul born again in 1942
On a Tuesday morning 2..25 A M true
Not here to teach save earth or preach
More so to see yet more learning through

Being such a lonely existence deep within
But now and then one meets a soul same
Met one not so very long ago a real Gemini
Would have given anything able to explain

She knows who I'm referring to a heart love
A carer a loving soul with so much to give
Looking within the greatest compliment
An ability to live and allow others to live

But she worked a busy life and I guess so
Chances are might not see her anymore
However that shortest ever conversation
Will remain in my mind for simply evermore

Being an old soul is often real loneliness so true
But two old souls over a glass of red wine alone
Can with time ever so divine visit memories fine
And well able to  travel heaven and back with time
