This site is dedicated to my family, friends, and anyone striving to be happy  or interested in getting into the core of a lowlyman's thoughts and aspirations. I hope the articles in this page may cause the reader to ponder, smile, reminisce, or perhaps shed a tear.

A grateful appreciation to my wife who is passive of my weaknesses and failures; and to my children who are unaware of my shortcomings. I wish for them the opportunity of seeing a man in me who chose to think calmly during adversities and chose to write his thoughts above frustrations and hopelessness.

My special thanks (as I was too shy to verbally express my gratitude to her when I was in high school) to Ma'am Cecile Dalion-Arong who, in my early years of writing, had been vocal of her appreciation towards my write-ups that eversince I feel obliged not to fail her expectations; and to the other poets who welcomed me in this site, their heart-warming feedbacks and comments have encouraged me to post my work in here.  Thank you very much.

I also have the sincerest gratitude to the people who did not hesitate to accept me in their homes during the years of my wandering and homelessness and thus this site is likewise dedicated to the couple who let me dine at their table when I was penniless and hungry; to an instant friend and his family who considered me a special guest to their home when I was a nobody; to the  barbecue vendor in the village (and his wife) who spared a few sticks of their roasts in making sure that I have something to fill in my stomach when coming home very late; to a protege-turned-friend who fondly consider me his cousin even though we're not; to my erstwhile superior, who trusted my competence and saw the potentials in me; and to a co-worker who believed in my views when no one else did.
