As big as a mountain
yet as gentle as a lamb
teh strongest of all creatures
both big and small
the dragon..
with wings so powerfull
they could create a tornado
but to a 'rider or breeder'
they were wings to carry them
to fly them into the sky
The thoughts of a dragon
both old and young
were the same
visions of the sky
sometimes blue,
sometimes red
the raging fire
that burns inside
until it is forced
out of their mouths
or the ice breath of
those to the east
some say...
when the days of dragons
are no more
so will the dreams
for dragon am men
