My MIND Confusion

My MIND is just confusion
Everything rolled into one
66 years of going in circles
Not knowing what ends or begun?
I watch the sunrise each morning
The arc seems always the same?
But down far below
Where human traffic flows
You’ll see we’re all going insane.
Some want to drink the blood of another
Some want nothing but slaves
Some and their wealth starve every poor child
Yet still we shout out their names
We glory in death and destruction
Give medals to those that are slain
No wonder my mind is prone to confusion
This world is truly to blame.
