Who’s Truth?
Asking more questions gets us no closer to the answer
when the truth is always hidden from view.
Broadcasters and pundits try to decipher each answer
then we as the audience decide what is true?
Which means our decisions are always tainted with opinions
individuals who have lived their own lives
never knowing the real truth cause that's always hidden
instead we get to feast on more lies.
Why is the truth something that needs to be guarded?
Why is it we prefer to deceive?
Surely a more open world that we all have a say in
will give us a truth to believe.
