Am broken
I was in delight
Before it all started
You came and changed everything
I was convinced by your acts
I was so sure through your words
You embraced me with pleasure
Then took it all away
I was so sure you are mine
But you broke me
Unexpectedly, you dropped me
You told me you won't leave
But just like that, you left
Now am left shattered and broken
Like a mirror broken into million pieces
Your text of depart really stabbed me
Deeply
What happened to the vows of us not
Parting apart?
Why the sudden change of heart?
Am crying from within
I wish you could come back to me again
But I guess my wish is a pipe dream.
Am broken
I dont think I'll ever love again
I know we shared little moments together
But your presence made me to lose myself
Your utterance elevated our bond beyond measure
Am broken
Our words made future is closed
You closed it and left me broken
I guess my feelings matters no
More to you
Maybe you found someone better
But against all odds
I still wish you nothing but peace and happiness.
