A Brand New Day Tonight I am all alone, I just want to die. Tomorrow brings the unknown, And all I do is cry. I wake up to a brand new day, At least a month went by. I decide I'll be okay, No more will I cry. Today I get out of bed, And pull open my shade. I still remember what was said, In time our words will fade. Now I will move on, Its a brand new day. All of your things are gone, Theres nothing left to say. I hold my head up high, And walk out my front door. I feel like I could fly, As I wonder whats in store. Its true I am very afraid, But I can not stop here. I cant change choices made, All because of fear. I continue down the street, The sun is way up high. Thinking of people I'll meet, No more will I cry. Yes, today is a brand new day, And now I wear a smile. No more will my skies be grey, Life finally seems worthwhile.
