We went to Cornwall in August this year
A place in my heart that I hold so dear
One evening coming back from Mullion Cove
Towards Goonhilly Downs along the road we drove.
At the time the sun was beginning to set
So a picture of this I just had to get
The colours were stunning I have to say
You couldn`t wish for a better end to the day.
To the right is Goonhilly Earth station
This is just a little bit of information
The wind turbines are to the left of the shot
To get both in this is just the ideal spot.
The colours kept changing it`s evident to see
But each shot is beautiful I think you`ll agree
They seemed to change with the blink of an eye
Such a beautiful array of colours in the night sky.
