poetry is taken from reality, but may not always be true,
it tells a story of circumstance and how it made it through.
and as your mind is opened by the thoughts that crowd your mind,
your emotions are overwhelmed by the feelings you hold inside.
and so you go on thinking about how you've come to be,
the one who shares the wisdom that sets your thoughts free.
so please go on reading and take my poems to heart,
and believe in the power of believing because that's where you start.
