My Talent
The Lord has given me a talent
That helps release me from my shell
When I feel all tight inside
I get my pen and begin to write
I thank the Lord for what He gives to me
I hope I can use it to help others
Prehaps He will help me find ways
To present it to the world right
Maybe something I have to say
Can bring joy and faith to someone
Then I can feel I used the talent
To the Lord's delight.
