Successes so far:-
In the milenium year 2000 I had one poem selected as the brochure and march poem for Pride Scotland, 3 sonnets were also published in "Something to Say" a Scottish based publication. In 2001, 1 sonnet was chosen in a competition for "Beyond Barriers" a Scottish anti prejudice organisation and 4 sonnets published in issue 14 of "Nomad" a Glasgow Based publication, produced by Survivors Poetry Scotland.
I am a performance poet and have performed alongside Edwin Morgan the Glasgow Poet Laurette. In June 2004 I was a named performer at the Glasgow University “Write to the Point” Conference.
I had a poem selected for the 2003/2004 UK wide Church Action on Poverty, brochures. called "Give Us This Day."
I had a poem "Spring in Her Step" published in "The Space Within".
On New Years Day 2004 the Classic FM website published my sonnet entitled "Resolutions"
In January 2005 a short story "Time Prisoner" will be published in Scottish Literary Magazine "Cutting Teeth"
